Sierra Hull in Aspen
This was the second time in three nights that I got to shoot Sierra Hull. The first being in Breckenridge, and this one in Aspen at the iconic Belly Up. Originally I had offered Hull’s management team a deal for me to be her Colorado tour photographer but they declined the whole package so since Breckenridge is basically my backyard I offered to come shoo that show anyways. While I was working it I got an email from another artist, Kaitlin Butts, granting me permission to come shoot her show in Aspen the same day Hull was playing there. I took this as a sign and went up to her tour manager and informed him that I was going to be in Aspen working with another artist and that I would be willing to cover her show as well since I was already going to be in town. He accepted and put me on the media list for the evening.
